Key Responsibilities
- Supports 5 National Sales Coordinators + 1 Account Manager in daily workload management
- Supplies competitive information for clients per request and customizes information to meet various client needs
- Download and upload client files, beauty shots, videos, and packages up for sales to share
- May assist with Power Point slide customization
- Submits marketing, sales, IT, and/or DIG HD tickets per request
- Assists with pulling market availability
- Assists with unit moves and the internal correspondence required to do so
- Generates locations lists and maps for client/agencies on all products
- Completes appropriate paperwork for sales flow
- Assists with overflow of the Account Executives & VPs of Sales as needed
- Works with all internal JCDecaux departments facilitating sales process through the Hive system, making decisions when and where appropriate on timely issues relating to ad programs for all mall/street furniture products
- Updates and revises memos, letters, and forms (contract, media kit, etc.)
- Prepares documentation for delivery via messengers, mail, & DHL
- Troubleshoots daily issues (computer glitches, client issues/needs, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
- Sets-up for client presentations including procurement of meals etc.
- Works on sales leave-behinds, campaign mini’s
- Attends client/agency functions to represent JCDecaux as needed
- Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments
- Strong communicator with excellent multi-tasking skills
- Problem solver who leans toward how to make a “no” into a “yes”.
- Superior written and verbal skills required
- Ability to work independently
- Detail oriented
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree desired but not required
