The Role:
JCDecaux is actively seeking a Marketing Assistant: Research & Analysis to support our Senior Marketing Associate and Chief Marketing Officer. This person will be responsible for ideation and creation of new marketing assets, as well as updating existing documents using syndicated data, traditional research skills, multi-team collaboration, and understanding of core marketing and advertising concepts.
This is a full-time position based in our New York office and will operate in a hybrid work model.

The Role:
JCDecaux is actively seeking a Marketing Assistant: Research & Analysis to support our Senior Marketing Associate and Chief Marketing Officer. This person will be responsible for ideation and creation of new marketing assets, as well as updating existing documents using syndicated data, traditional research skills, multi-team collaboration, and understanding of core marketing and advertising concepts.
This is a full-time position based in our New York office and will operate in a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and post articles summarizing advertising campaigns and trends to website and corporate newsletter
- Plan, create, and track success of social media content across all JCDecaux social platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, and YouTube
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, website content, and email marketing
- Asset management including photo requests between Sales and Operations team, ensuring quality of materials and efficient photo organization, as well as passenger data from airport authorities
- Fulfill research requests to help sales team sell advertising inventory
- Facilitate communication between Marketing and Sales team to encourage asset usage
- Present and discuss marketing materials and research to senior leadership and Sales Departments
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
- Sound understanding of marketing principles
- Excellent writing and copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone to brand personality and a variety of materials
- Creative thinking skills
- Critical research and analytics skills with ability to effectively process, package, and present information
- Confident public speaking ability
- Attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time across multiple deadlines
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, is preferred but not required
- Basic video editing skills and/or experience in social media content creation a bonus!
